Guys,
If you were in the dilemma to choose between red blood python or half dwarf hypo burmese python what would be your choice?
I currently have a suriname red tail boa and a normal ball python.

Hard choice. I think I'd go with the blood python, personally.

Burmese personally. I'm not too fond of the blood python pictures I've seen. I think they're ugly. But seeing as I am fairly new at even liking snakes (I mildly tolerate them lol) I wouldn't trust me.

I personally would go for the burm, as I've never been too fond of how heavy-bodied bloods are, and I love hypo burms and a half drawf would make it even better, but thats just me. It's all about your personal preference.

Blood Python, hands down. Burms are too big for me.

Half dwarf hypo burm. All the beauty in a snake that will stay under 9ft most likely. Probably under 8. Better attitude too.

Dwarf burm. they can be skittish though.

Burm all the way! My favorite snake to keep.
Really, it depends on what you're looking for!
I personally have a blood python as well as a Retic (close enough to a burm, I think, for this comparison to be valid lol), and if I were to get another python it would ABSOLUTELY be another retic (or a burm) because I love the giants and how active they are. My blood is a gorgeous display animal, but he doesn't have as much personality as my retic and also has more attitude.

I'd get both if i could, but if i really had to pick I'd go for the burm. Labyrinth and hypo are my favorite burm morphs.

Can't believe its even a debate.
Blood, no contest.
Hypo dwarf burm. I have a blood, and I like him, but they are just too inactive.

I'd go HD Hypo Burm everytime but .... I'm biased as I'm hopefully getting one myself next week :)
It's a HD Hypo male and expected to top out at 6 foot , 7 foot max .
I understand that HD have nice placid temperaments like their parents whereas the Dwarf Burms tend to be nasty little beggars ..
