I have been Googling, trying to get an idea on price if I decide to part with my female... and I cannot find ANY current ads offering these guys! Is this because they are hard to come by? Or just not popular? Any theories? Thanks!

You should join a tree boa group on facebook. Tons of people breeding/keeping them and discussions on them there.
