Have a 3 year old pair of Borneos that ive kept in aquariums with hide boxes and Sphagnum moss since th ey were hatchlings now i want to move them to large plastic tubs and was wondering if they still need that much humidity or the moss to keep from getting too dry ? They are both close to 3 foot long Thanks
Hard to say. Depends on the relative humidity where you live. You'll most likely see the humidity go up when you switch to a tub. But I'm also not familiar with how you have your aquarium set up.

All i use in my totes is a big water bowl. It big enough for them to get in and soak. i never mist not even when they are in shed and they shed perfect ever time. I use Reptile Bark which hold humidity real good. The only problem i had at first was they kept hiding under the water bowls and spilling the water. so i had to drill a few extra air holes to keep it from getting to damp int he cage.
