Ok to mix things up from time to time?

Would it be ok for me to switch my snakes around in their enclosures? (i.e. move She-RA to HC's tank, HC to SF's tank etc.) I know they don't normally get much of a change in environment or scenery. Any thoughts?

Personally I would be concerned regarding risk of cross contamination.

Was thinking the same thing as Lankyrob.. Why not just redecorate? Maybe throw in some new fake plants and hides or branches, and rearrange things?

Point taken. I hadn't thought about cross contamination as I assumed none of the critters had mites or parasites but I was concerned about switching my kings. Since one's a male and the other a female, I didn't want him to get all wound up by her scent and vice versa. Oh well, just have to redecorate.

new enclosures can stress a snake out,i'd leave them as is in the enclosures they already feel secure in

snakes don't get bored etc,they don't have human emotions
