Hey there, i dont know if this is gonna post or not, none of my posts have gone thru for some reason... but anyway, i love snakes allways been facinated by them yet scared of being bit. when i was younger i had a ball python that became aggressive with me so i found him a new home. same story with my friend's red tail boa when i was 19. i gave up for 5 years and now i am giving another go with an albino corn snake. i really feel positive about this go round and have been doing research on being bit, finding that if i stay calm they wont bite and if they do it'll bleed a lot but wont hurt more than a cat. this has really made me ok with the idea of being bit and therefore no longer afraid.

thanks :) i am a lot more calm and confident now. and Jazzy is super laid back already at 6wks old. i have been wondering tho... i was toying with getting another corn snake and keeping them in the same tank. if i got a male, would it try to breed with my female before she was old enough? i dont mind babies, but i dont want to risk her life with an accidental breed at too young an age.

They very well could. Corn snakes are better off living solitary. There is also a chance of cannibalism.
