If you are wondering where some messages and posts went i just cleaned up the forums so any posts that idnt have a reply to them in over 30 days have been deleted... Just letting you know incase anyone was wondering... I will be doing this once a month just to keep everything from getting cluttery and out of hand :)
...maybe they could be stored in an archive so people can still access them via a search method. Or maybe just the posts the informational posts, the kind that can be of help to anyone. I know I went to find an old post on safe materials and it was gone :(

30 days is a short time. Your board's default is set up to display messages posted within the past 45 days. It is also set to display messages posted within the past year, if one checks the box to see those older messages (or even ALL messages ever posted, if one wishes to see them). In some cases, a topic is very interesting, and should be retained. I'd also like to see Board of Enquiry messages kept for at least a year, if not permanently.
By deleting them all so quickly, you may be depriving us of reference material that we find useful, even if we are no longer posting on that topic. I must say that there are posts for which deletion is applicable, but I do ask that you use some dicretion, and not make it a hard-and-fast rule.

Trish, I got your email, Again this was my first time trying to even clean up the boards and to tell you the truth, i was quiete angry to see after how much material was deleted... I am still new to the forum setup and the administrating of the forums so sometimes i mess up like this time.. heh Sorry for the inconvenience.. I promise from now on all material will be archived and will still be available trough searches... Thanks for putting up with me guys...
