Help/Advice Needed. ETB was bitten by rat

So i was trying to get my etb to eat. She was striking and not fully latching. She struck hard enought to pull the rat out of my hands. she laid on top of it before I could get it out. The Rat nipped her under the jaw right dead center. She pulled away. bled for all of 5 seconds and then stopped.

I know I should probably clean it. Some advice on how to do so. Thanks

You can use plain iodine (buy a new bottle) then move her on to a bin that just has paper towels as substrate. After its clean keep it dry

What's your enclosure like? Why would she lay on it instead of hunting from a perch? Even my Amazon's hunt from perches,
