Yeah, I've had the misfortune to meet him, and while at his parents ranch moved a small gater from the barn to the pond. He spends 99% of his time drunk/high and the other 1% sleeping.

Just got off the phone with him and told him to never do that and just call the game warden. Hope he listens.
