Picture Problems

Greetings All, I seem to have a problem posting pics. I get a message saying something about too many url's. I use Photobucket to post pics, and do so on about 13 different Reptile Forums.

Am I experiencing a problem because I do not have sufficient post yet to post pics, or should I be using some other program.

I think you can post pics after 5 posts. You should be able to post pics now.

I just do [ i m g ] image url here [ / i m g ] without all the spaces.

I had a couple for a while, but no longer deal in venomous, my children and grandchildren are too involved with my snakes. Can you imagine my 3 year old granddaughter who regularly handles my Colubrids, getting hold of a venomous. I am not prepared to take the risk.

Yes, I do know there are protocols when keeping venomous, but it just take a moment of not concentrating and maybe not locking a cage or turning your back.

Sometimes you have to sacrifice when you have a family that have all become snake crazy.

Did you have to wear a face mask when dealing with a spitter? Just wondering what the precautions are on something like that.

You hit the nail on the head. I always had to wear at least a pair of wrap around safety glasses when working with them. They spit tirelessly and never run out of venom. The one in the pic however had to really be teased for a long time to induce spitting.
