I know, I know, I know: scarlet snakes typically eat lizard eggs, and are generally cited as problematic in captivity. But I have heard of some people offering them egg yolk with some success.

The LPS gave me one that someone brought them. My initial goal was just to photograph this one and release it, but if I could sustain it, it may useful to keep it around for presentations. If I can't get it to eat, no biggee, I'll release it, but was just wondering if anyone DID have any success feeding them well.

Already have one fellow I know well, who told me he fed his well enough with lizards.
