hey everyone, I see everyone geocities sites and they are all set up cool, like punkostars, do you guys use page wizard? with an already made setup? if you know tell me please:)

I use netscape composer on my desktop and then upload the entire page and all the graphics that go on it to the geocities file manager. :D

When you sign up with yahoo geocities they've got a page builder....all you have to do it save what you make and it's up.....Kate made my banners!!!

lol thanks...I've still got some pics to put in..The buttons are just pictures (that Kate made using Adobe something-or-other) that were inserted and moved around manually...(with the mouse or arrow keys)

There's no template or wizard, I started with a blank page....the pink line on the side is a background that is already in pagebuilder.

According to the source, snakehaven "Created Using Yahoo! PageBuilder 2.61.76" and Crested Geckos 2003 "Created Using Yahoo! PageBuilder 2.61.76".
Both of them use the Geocities supplied editors.

GeckoHaven is a different story. Clownfishie owns the site. I'm not sure what she used, but I'm guessing Front Page, or some other advanced editor. Se uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), which are beyond what the basic editors at Geocities can do. CSS is rather tricky to work with, but she sure got it figured out :)

lol its just simple html and image editing people, read aout html basics epecially tables, thne have a go at it

LOL obviously newbies here :D CSS isnt the least bit tricky, CSS are style sheets, which tells the browser which font to use and where to use it, stuff like that. Gecko Haven made her site using tables and images they made. I would be glad tohelp you, do you have msn
