A little bit of context. I was looking to provide some more lighting for my corn snake and was going to use an over the top hood with several fixtures. I made the mistake of using a lysol cleaning wipe on the hood and it had a bizarre effect. The inside had been painted white, but had turned pink. I was wondering if anybody was aware of what these coatings were usually made of. Additionally, do you think it would still be safe to use?
