Found this little guy while cruising the sagebrush for work. Phrynosoma douglassi. Cute little buggar.

Coffee Point, NW of Aberdeen. There's really good herping to be done on the Arco-Minidoka road and surrounding areas.

Found this beaut today near Mink Creek. I love the look he gave me!
Wow! He is neat, I'm not even sure what he is? How is Mink Creek looking? We hauled some stuff to the dump last weekend and I thought it was looking much recovered from the big fire.

Western yellow bellied racer (Coluber constrictor mormon). Mink Creek is doing pretty well. I actually helped a bit with the revegetation work up there and it looks like they got some nice stands, although there are also a bunch of weeds in certain areas.

Maybe I just haven't seen Yellow bellies that young, but he's surprisingly green!
