Hey guys, been a while since I've bed active lately but hey I'm back! So both my little critters are doing good, my question I have is, what do you guys do about possibly cooling your colder needed animals. Right now in MI, it's about 78 degrees, I'm not worried about my Hondo, but my BRB I am slightly worried about. I haven't seen him soak or anything. Is that whT they would do if they get to warm? Or is there something I can do?
Also I might be getting 2 leopard geckos from my girlfriends sister. She doesn't take the best care of them, they are not healthy..their tales are not fatty, I swear every time I see them they are shedding. So I don't know the details yet, but if I get them, what's the easiest diet to get them to proper weight? They are fed dusted meal worms and that's it. One of them is basically blind, she took it to a vet, she told her that it is because he scratched his eye on a hide, it's crusty around it, they don't have a humidity retreat, nothing. So if I get them, should I try and get them to a proper weight and have correct humidity and temps before taking them to a vet?
