I have been reading some conflicting info on keeping water in a Rosy Boas cage. Some sites say to keep water available all the time while other's say to only give them water 1-2 times a month. What does everyone here do?

Keep a small water dish in the cage on the cool side.

I make sure everything has water available to it all the time. If it is an arid snake I make sure the water does not increase the humidity in the enclosure.

Thanks, should the water bowl be large enough for the snake to soak in or smaller?

I prefer them to be large enough or them to soak in if they choose to, during a shed or if they get mites. Again, the water bowl will not create a problem as long as you keep the humidity down. This means keep the water bowl on the cool side of the enclosure and make sure there is plenty of ventilation.

My Woma Pythons are from an Arid environment and they drink more than my tropical pythons. I don't keep their adult bowls large enough for soaking because after a couple years I have never seen them use it. All my other snakes have generous water dishes.

There's only a few animals I have heard you don't need a water bowl like uromastyx, I'd keep one in there
I keep water available for my Rosy boas all the time and have never had a problem with it.
