View Full Version : Should I trust it?

I got three bags of small mice that we had in the freezer and one day (don't know when) the freezer came unplugged some how. By the time my family and I got to it, the mice have bled out but they were cold (not frozen solid). Can I trust this or is it too late for that? It would be amazing to know if I can trust it since that was lots of money going down the drain.

You can still ues them. I have taken out one too many rats, put them back in the freezer and fed them off the following week

I would personally still use them. I've done the same thing as retic1987 - miscounted and thawed one too many feeders then put it back for use another time without ever having a problem (:

Obviously, if the rodents smell spoiled or rotten, don't use them. I re-freeze as well with no issues.

I'll go along with everyone else on this one. I refreezed mice and rats with no issues.
