I'm going to be getting a gtp on Saturday. Not sure if I'm going to get a neo or a juvenile? I want to make sure to have an adequate tub set up for it that will work for either or...what size would work? I will also be putting heat tape and a herpstat thermo on it. Any help would be great!

It depends on the size of the animal. For arboreal I do LxW of the base = length of the snake and the height should be the same as the largest dimension of the base. For sub-2 ft gtp I would do 18x18x18 to give it some room. 2-4ft I would do 2x2x2. Anything over that I would do 3x2x3.

Welcome to the addiction, chondros were a pinnacle moment in my collection. For neonates, I recomend shoebox size cages with a coat hanger serving as a perch. Yearlings hang out in a 30-66qt tub until they are ready for an adult cage (for males and growing females I use 2'X2'X2' and adult females have 32"X22"X28" enclosures). Set that heat tape no higher than 86F, I prefer mine to be around 83F ambient temperature. Avoid particle substrates for animals under 3 years old, many keepers avoid them entirely.

The More Complete Chondro by Greg Maxwell is an excellent read; however, it is not as much a bible as it is one perspective on how to keep the species. Using that information, anyone will likely have great success with keeping chondros, but in all honesty many of Maxwell's methods are disputed here and there so while I do recommend it, I also recommend exploring other styles of keeping the species and finding what works best for you and your animals. For example, I do not feed any of my chondros rats (yes, I have a 5.5ft+ Biak on mice) and I only mist about once a week.
