How hard would it be to convert a display case, lets say china cabinet, into a snake enclosure? preferably with (I can't think of what it is really called) real plants? or a cool water display? Oh and also holds high humidity (for my BRB)?
What would be some of the major complications?
Or anything I should be aware of?
Is there a better piece of furniture I could use to convert over?

Would I only heat with a heat lamp? (Or how would I put a heat mat in there)

If you have any ideas, tips, warning, or anything please share!

***Sorry I'm a little scattered brain right now ;) Thanks

You need to find one that is a good durable wood, not melamine. You will need to put a solid back on it, as most furniture have flimsy cardboard backs. You will need to waterproof it, seal the edges, mount lighting inside, add some sort of substrate dam, possibly a drainage system, and make sure there are no gaps in the doors. It may be easier to convert a trophy / display case that you can find on craigslist. However, it will still require some work / creativity.
