Yes it's an argus. I've seen them up to 5 feet long. I miss mine I never should have sold her. Beautiful argus man, I love how they're always on the prowl.

Not only that but there feeding response is unparalleled to any other animal that I've ever seen

The feed mode is incredible. I always compared mine to a shark. The only thing I've had close to an argus feed response is my pure jampea female retic. She'll lunge 4 feet out of the cage when there is food, can't really get the prey in the cage before she's on it. And has that same look in their eye "food?".

I've been trying to get a size comparison pic & this is the best i can do i'm afraid , very fast feeding response, 5 foot of monitor hits hard!:)

i'm sat near the glass, my reflection gives you an idea how big he is now.
