New Iroh pictures! Green Tree Python.

Iroh was coiled up on the ground in his viv today, the first time I have ever seen him resting there. So since he wasn't perched like usual, that made it an excellent opportunity to get him out and hold him and my husband took some pictures.

Nope, he is quite calm when it is not feeding time or at least when he is not hoping it is. He hissed a bit at being picked up, used a hook, but was happy enough to be climbing around on me and getting to smell other things. Was actually rather hard to get him back in his viv.

What a looker! How old is the snake? He looks young in my opinion.

I'm not sure how old he is, we have had him about 11 months and I believe we were told by the guy we got him from that he was approx 3 to 4 years old. So if that's true, I'd say he is 4 or 5 now. His color change seemed to be completely done by the time we got him.
