I have wanted a tortoise for a while and took the plunge this week when i saw one for sale. This is my new sulcatta Henry

Ahh he's adorable!! I have wanted a Sulcata since I was a wee one... Maybe one day!!

I have one that's about 8 months old, his name is Dexter and he is really cool. It's extremely important to keep his cage at 80 to 90 percent humidity at all times, and give him warm soaks in water everyday for the first couple of years. He looks a bit dry in your pic, not sure if he is or if it's just the lighting, but spray him down a couple times a day too. Good luck, they are awesome, just be prepared for the insane size and room they require.
