I have 2 20 gallon long tanks, 1 10 gallon tank, and 1 5 gallon tank, I am moving to a smaller house so I need some sort of rack system! I dont whether to buy one [where?] or to build one [how?]!

These systems are good and cheap.

Will it fit 2 20 gallons?

When I moved house I sold all my glass tanks fot a dollar/gallon amd switched to stacking (rackable) melamine cages. Selling the glass paid for half the cost of my new tanks too.

Not sure. See if you can find the dimensions. I think they're plenty long enough.

Are you wanting a rack with tubs that will REPLACE the various glass tanks you have now, or are you simply wanting some sort of shelf/rack unit that will house the tanks you already have?
---------
If it is the latter, you will be hard-pressed to find something on the market to fit your needs, at least not in the pet supply trade. Better to just find a decent book shelf or cabinet that will accommodate those 4 tanks. Just to help you out, a standard 20-gallon long is 30" long x 12" wide x 12" tall + whatever lids and lighting you have on top.

You could find something like this: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/images/products/omar-shelving-unit__30461_PE118905_S4.jpg

or this: http://cornershelfunit.info/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Metal-Shelving-Units.jpg

All have adjustable shelving for housing glass tanks and mounting dome light fixtures on top.
