Finally got my Red Tail!

So, I have been in love with a friends red tail, and today he traded with me. I gave him my Jungle carpet as well as my dumerils, both for his breeding projects, and he gave me this monster. 8 feet long and weighing in at about 30 pounds. He is currently in an older enclosure I had for a red tail back when I was younger. I'm working on his permanent enclosure, which should be done in about a week. Here's the pic I snapped of him. After a few days I will get a better pic. And yes, the wood is polyurethane treated.

Was gonna say. Might be a BCC if it's accurately the size you say, but def not a true red tail. Nice looking either way.

I haven't had a chance to look into the locality and what not, but I have had my eyes on this guy for awhile.

Looks BCI to me mate... 8fts not uncommon at all for BCI.
Btw, a BCC is a true redtail. :)
