Ran out of tuna need more to scent with

So I have heard I can scent pinkies with a lot of things like chicken, eggs etc, but I wanted to know does the item need to be raw or cooked like dipping in raw egg? anyone know? I just wanna feed my little sweetie but she dont wanna eat unscented pinkies :(.

ate the last chicken yesterday also.

raw is what you want...

that said,ive used brine out a can of tuna to scent and it works fine

also pulling the contents out a dead chicks yolk sack with a long needle and syringe works well for scenting

You can also buy a bottle of fish oil at your local grocery store, it will last you a long time. :)

Just one question though... If you ran out of tuna, can you not buy more tuna? Was that the reason for switching from tuna, or was she not taking to the tuna scent either?

I ate the last chicken xD, sadly I had no money at that moment so I had to use what I had which was eggs :D

great suggestion mate,i'd never thought you could buy a bottle of fish oil...

the only thing i'd check ,is that it's pure fish oil,with no type of additives,salt,seasoning,etc

yea I got one for my ferret ones but that was in Denmark xD
