The first picture is really hard to see, but it looks to me like it could be Bothriechis aurifer. Where was this picture taken? What region/country? That would go a long way to positively identifying this snake.

The second picture is a Bushmaster.
The third is a Bothrops jararacussu.
The final picture is a neotropical rattlesnake, probably Crotalus simus from the coloration.

Ok, if they're in Costa Rica, then it's got to be B. aurifer.

This species is quite similar in appearance to Trimeresurus trigonocephalus (native to Sri Lanka and the Phillipines) and Atheris nitschei (from Africa). The only one that would be in Costa Rica is aurifer though, so I'm pretty confident that is what it is. Beautiful snakes!

Is any of them the fer de lance. I know I got a photo of one and a baby I just can't find it I found the baby pic no adult.
