What is the Smallest tottoise u can get as a pet and where is a good care sheet on them

Egyptian Tortoises are smallest (under 4" adult size), but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. I think Russians are the best for beginners and they stay pretty small under 10-12". They are hardy, easy husbandry and good personalities.
