View Full Version : Went to a "show" today
So...I think it's just the herpetological Mecca that is Oklahoma that I'm struggling with. First the Ok City Repticon show a few months ago and now Tulsa. Sheesh.. I've got to get out more. Kansas City show or Arlington, or something. I'm not busting the producers chops, I know there is a lot involved in putting on a show....but I think there were like 6 tables. I'm pretty sure I saw a ball python there....and some beanie babies.
Ok...rant off. I'm better now. Enjoying a glass of wine and waiting for the ice storm tonight.

I can relate to your ice storm, I'm in Minnesota and it's -2 today, and it's March! Last week we had an ice storm and then 10 inches of snow fall on top of it, the roads are still terrible. This winter can end now, but from what I've heard, March is going to contain a lot of snow storms for the country, and well below average temps. Even for Minnesota, this is ridiculous.

I'm also awaiting the storm. Supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow here....just when I thought we had enough-.-

Ice storms... we had a harsh winter last year, but not a single snowflake has fallen this year.. :( Despite a burning hot summer..

Yep...right next to the cinnamon pastel enchi Mohave banana spider fire possible het for scaleless ball python. It was amazing.
I went to the Tulsa show as well.... It was Very disappointing. There were very few tables and almost nothing at all besides balls... Not even crested/leo geckos. I understand that it was their first one.... But... Man.

The Atlanta show wasn't that great either. I've heard the spring and fall shows are the best. I'm waiting to see the 2014 clutches now :)
