I brought this boa a lil while back but now looking at other albino red tail pics, I wonder if there is more too my little guy. He has very little red in his tail and all the pics I see, they have more. I decided to come back to where Ive learned it all, and ask, what kind of albino red tail is this???

Personally I'd just say it's an older albino that has started to yellow out... But I'm no expert.

Good morning.
Just to clarify, this is not a red tail, its a BCI (Boa Constrictor imperator) so I'm guessing that you asking if this is a Kahl or Sharp gene.
Guessing by the wider saddles and lighter color I'm GUESSING this is a Kahl but there is no way to be sure unless you know what the parents were.
Hope this helps.

A "true" red tail is a BCC (Boa constrictor constrictor) A bit bigger Boa and more vibrant reds in the tail.
Have a look here, should help. :)

There are 2 strains of albino, kahl and sharp. They are not compatible, so if you breed a khal to a sharp you get all normal colored babies. I would also guess this is a kahl albino, most of the albino boa's are kahl. :)

Over here it's a good mix of sharp and kahl that's available/kept... :)

Awesome! i personally prefer the sharp albino's, but they are pretty uncommon here. :)
