Just throwing this out there, i am looking for shingleback skinks. I am aware they are a few thousand dollars most of the time. If anyone knows anyone keeping or breeding them please point em my way.

Australian law prohibits any animals importing or exporting.

Oh i was aware of that, sorry i derped on the picture of his flag thought he was from the UK for a bit. i know there are a good handful legally outside of australia including in the UK and europe and some in the states. But i havent been able to track down a firm reputable source yet. Also on the hunt for BTS morphs which i am confident have also made it out of AUS to the states and indonesia.

Very few of them have for BTS morphs on the states. Last I knew it was just locality's. That's it.

I have been on a search for several months, I have found enough to give me hope, and to keep me searching. For example i have reason to believe that Brian from BHB has managed to get his hands on some morphs but is keeping them as a quiet project for now. Have a feeling roussi reptiles is doing the same.
The truth is out there, and i want to be head of the pack in canada when they come out. im already gathering up a decent sized breeding colony of normal BTS because i love them and want to offer them cheap so other people can enjoy them too. Of all the animals i keep i love their personality and curiosity the most. Shinglebacks are an extension of that too. but i am also going to work with berbers and fire skinks.

I know there are shinglebacks in the us; a friend of mine has a pair, but you would probably have to kill him for them lol

exactly, they are out there and they are not cheap, but they ARE out there. i have been looking for a while, i know of a few people that basically take deposits on babies that arent even born yet and i might end up doing that if i can find someone reputable enough.
Not only are they an amazing dream animal of mine, if i can get them breeding they will fund a lot of other products while being a gorgeous addition to the collection.
