Thanks Shane . . . . .
Since I have put him back in the tank with the other (he seemed to be too stressed in the small one) all he has done is croak really loud and jump on the back of the female for a little lovin!!!!
I hope this behaviour keeps up (and who knows . . . . maybe I can even get some tads from it . . . . )

LMAO!!! Maybe you just discovered a new breeding method...step one...dry out frog..set two...tick him off by putting him in a little box...step three...moving or not...take him out of box and introduce him to a female...brilliant!!! Patent that for you next book right away ;)
Good luck! You'd be surprised how resilient those guys can be. I've seen frogs and toads come back from the dead from a dried out state (like dry, stiff - appeared to be dead) after a long bath in some dechlorinated water. Lucky you found him when you did! :D

So far the only side effect that he seems to be suffering from is the fact that his hind legs don't really submerge well now!!! It's really strange to see.
Matt
PS. I think I will look into pattenting the idea Shane lol!!!
