Howdy y'all. I've been keeping snakes for almost two years now. I'll post some pictures once I'm at the same location the pictures are.
I have three snakes:
-A normal corn snake named Noodles, who I got from a rescue two years ago. Right now she's 4.5 feet and approximately 5 years old. Her favorite things are food and her blankie. I can't say enough about her wonderful disposition, she's so sweet that my mother will hold her when she visits (as long as she doesn't have to be in the same room as my texas intergrade).
-Said texas rat intergrade is named Duke, and I got him as a rehome through east bay vivarium out in Berkeley almost an exact year ago. I don't know how old he is (or if 'he' is really a he, I never bothered getting 'him' sexed) but he's shed exactly once in the year I've had him (on May 5) so he's not exactly a sprightly fellow. His favorite things are launching himself at people and attacking my camera. Fun fact: he got me evicted from the last place I lived. Despite his sass he's bitten me just once (and that was my fault because he warned me he'd bite if I didn't get away from his water bowl (he has a tendency to guard it), and I ignored him because I don't let poo sit in water bowls). I hope he's on the 'younger' side of old because I want more years with this grumpy guy.
-And finally I've a 2013 hatchling Mex Mex who is a bit over a foot, it's hard to measure her because she's a giant wimp and is scared of her own tail. She's pro at musking and rattling that lil bitty tail. She's full of draaaaaama. She's still getting used to being handled.
Looking forward to seeing all your snakes~!
