Lost a sand boa :(

Today I found Gobi, one of my sand boas, dead in his enclosure :(. I'm so upset, I have no idea what happened. He admittedly hadn't eaten in two months but that can be normal for males during winter so I didn't think much of it. He was just a few years old.

Gobi was probably my most chill reptile and was a favorite of non-snake people. He was especially great with kids. I'll miss him. I've never had a snake just drop dead like that.

RIP, buddy.
