A new member here! A snake lover from the Netherlands. Joining here because i really like the amount and quality of information on here. Also a big bonus, the atmosphere here is better than on any (large) dutch forum! Who knows, maybe i will fit right in!
A little something about myself -I started caring for snakes 12 years ago, and my collection had been growing ever since. I kept several Reticulated pythons, Burmese pythons, boa constrictors and hognosed snakes. Sadly, in 2012 i lost my animals due to a fire, which started in my neighbors house. This broke my heart, and the expenses were massive even though we were insured (we had to move) So i did not have any reptiles for nearly a year. In 2013 i could not help but fall in love when someone showed me a (baby) tiger retic female, she was a holdback but i was so much in love he decided to sell her to me! We've had her several months now, and it really makes me miss my animals.. So! We have just started building more vivariums turning the attic into a reptile room, my hobby can bloom once again!! I can't wait!!
Some additional information, English is not my first language. If i make any mistakes (Grammar of spelling) please do not refrain from telling me! - Never to old to learn!
A simple headshot for whoever would like to see it, she is 7,6 feet now (2,3m) and will be 2 this year.
