Cold weather

How's everyone holding up through this cold weather. It's a whopping -28f with windchill here.

It was 50 degrees out and raining today, and tomorrow it's going to be a whopping 14 degrees.......a freaking 36 degree temp drop......and this is after having a foot and a half of snow fall last week, lol

The weather sucks here. -45f windchill. I'm happy because school got cancelled for tomorrow:)

Right now it's 1F, but with the windchill it's -20F. Coldest it's been here in a long time. Still nothing more than a light snow dusting so far and there's none at the moment. My brothers' school is cancelled, but not seeing anything for the Community College....

its below 0 here...windchills are unspeakable...I have 5 small dogs (2 are hairless)...guess I will be lining the house with puppy pads for the night and all day tomorrow...ugh...poor babies...

-19 here, unsure of the windchill but who really cares at this point. It's super cold, and I am very thankful I don't have to be outside.

I live in Florida, but somehow winter has found a way to effect me. I was supposed to have a snake arrive tomorrow, but the weather has unfortunately pushed back the shipping date :/

I can beat that! Here in TN it went from 60 degrees to 6 degrees within 24 hours! Right now it's -9 after windchill, brr. I thought I escaped the cold when I moved down here from NY...

I'm in Ontario Canada and it was 5 degrees Celsius yesterday.. which is like early Spring time temps here. Strange weather lol :O_o:

Ontario, Canada here. Yesterday it was about -2c, right now it's -18c with a wind chill of -28c. We have a "Blizzard Warning" in effect. Here's part of Environment Canada's report:

A combination of the dangerous snow squalls with extreme wind chills of minus 35 to minus 40 continue to produce frequent blizzard conditions today. Frequent to widespread very low to nil visibilities with whiteout conditions are expected especially in exposed areas.

The combination of a fresh heavy snowfall from the recent snowstorm with intense snow squalls and bitter wind chills poses a life-threatening risk for anyone outside for any duration, or stranded in vehicles if roads become snow-blocked. Travellers need to ensure they have an adequate car emergency kit and ample fuel if travelling any distance.

I moved to GA from MI to escape the cold. It's 5 degrees here today but -5 in MI. This is the coldest it's been in GA since I moved here 12 years ago. Burrr :eek:
