Awesome. I'd like to see how your corn snake setup turns out.

Have you ever thought about going bio-active with a soil/sand mix? Then you could add live plants and give it that "native florida" look.

I have thought about that but I don't want to deal with live plants. Also, I'm really satisfied with aspen. So easy to clean.

A lot of people tend to use top soil for a bio-active enclosure but in my experience it is crap if you want to use live plants. Organic potting soil would be best imo.

I've really considered doing a bio active substrate for both my snakes, I should really start looking into doing it once I move my rainbow into his permanent enclosure.

But I'm looking forward to seeing the full setup when it's done!

I really hate when YouTube stabilizes the video for you. I'm currently trying to fix the mess THEY CAUSED.

I have thought about that but I don't want to deal with live plants. Also, I'm really satisfied with aspen. So easy to clean.
