Oh fantastic!
I however do have family and friends who had power so I surfed around a lot once the animals were taken care of.

Canon Rebel T3i....now I'm in the "learn how to use it" mode.

I'm jealous. All we've gotten is regular rain and one small sprinkling of snow not even enough to cover the ground weeks ago. My yard has been a puddle all year, but I guess that's just normal here. It's mostly been too warm to snow (40F-nearly 70F with occassional 10-20F days that of course resulted in no snow). It's the end of December and the temps are still wildly fluctuating. I'm still hoping for January, though.
My brother and I got $200 each from my grandparents, and my mom got $400 to help out with bills and such. I bought myself the full Harry Potter movie collection with the money, and I'm hoping to use some to go to my favorite Asian restaurant whenever the car gets fixed. I'm really wanting some sushi and frog legs right now. The motor mount broke so it isn't exactly going anywhere any time soon, but it's in line to be fixed. The rest I'll keep to help pay for snake food and stuff.
we have about 10 inches at least of snow here in Wisconsin. At least it's pretty.
I got a new laptop which I'm SO thankful for, and I got some new shirts and my mom put together a collage frame of all the pets I've had, the majority of the pictures of me and my girl </3, I got a few other things and my favorite: my sister bought me bert the farting hippo, from NCIS. It's so awesome. :D

Snow is fine but this ice storm caused millions in damage and sime peoples power was out for 6 days due to fallen trees on powerlines. It was very pretty but bad news.
My me to me gift - and AR 15 chambered in 5.56 :-)

Yeah, that does suck. I remember 4 or 5 years ago it snowed a ridiculous amount here and the town's power was out for 3 days, but our trailer's power was out for almost 2 weeks. Let's just say we used to live in the middle of nowhere. Thank goodness for gas and wood stoves. So, yeah, I know it isn't all that fun.

I took a week off so I could bring my baby boy home for a week. That was all I was wanting so I am very happy. Plus four days before Christmas my baby girl left her boyfriend and moved back in we us. Then I got some gift cards and some other stuff but non of it compares to having my kids home.

I am not sorry. I am actually very proud of her for standing up for herself and not letting him walk all over her. Go to show i did something right raising her.
It was really nice having Chase back home. Taking him back was hard but he was so happy to be back with his friends that he was jumping up and down with excitement. He didn't even act like he care that we were leaving. Which warms our hearts to know he likes it there that much.
