I don't know much about computers. Is the 1400$ one powerful enough for games like skyrim or WOW on high/max settings?
Do you ship?
I'd definitely buy one if there was some kind of warranty/guarantee.

Yes either one of those would be more than powerful playing games like WOW or skyrim on high settings.
OP, i like the ad for Craigslist. My question is for your builds. Why would you for the top line computer you offer only use a i5 insted of an i7? And also windows 8, now I do not know the performance difference between 8 and win7, but win7 seems much easier to me to navigate and use. IMO windows 7 is a much smoother operating system for a desktop, windows 8 belongs on a tablet.
Besides those, very good builds and good prices to man!

I have to agree wit Kwhitlock on the processor and operating point. I know it's just one person's opinion/preference but I'd much rather use Windows 7 for a desktop.

I've done builds before and was just actaully just about to bump the mid-grade to i5 w/ 8gigs of ram and the high grade to i7 w/ 16 gigs of ram... As for the operating system (I prefer linux myself) but windows 7 can be installed instead of 8 at the request of the customer... It's just a lower price point for me
