...you are constantly cold and always need an outide heat source to stay warm (i hate winter!! even cold in summer!)

...you are extrememly anti social unless you want food or want to get "some action"

...you like to hide under things (basically saying anti social again)

...you don't eat for a long time and then gorge yourself with a huge meal that is more like 3 to 7 meals.

anyone else???

There's a diet like this called the warrior diet. Eat nothing for the whole days but a few fruits and vegies and then eat a huge dinner.

i am exactly all of these! LOL..i have major anxiety problems so I have a hard time being in public places (mostly when crowded)...no public transportation for me either...cant be too close to the person next to me :( i did manage to go to the movies tonight, theater full to capacity...but i managed to snag the last chair in the back row to do it...LOL

yeah crowds = worst nightmare!! haha. i mean, i can be social, extremely social (like on this forum where i can talk to people, but don't have to actually be near them, haha), it's just very rare.

i feel ya on the crowded movie theatre, i experienced that horror friday night (catching fire)

...if your skin gets so darn dry if you don't have enough water (i look like i have scales during winter b/c my skin gets so dry. drink water, i know)

thats what I went to see :) I have to time my trips to walmart, etc for certain times of day to avoid the crowds or lines at registers...i can go out in public, but depending on situations, i have to be careful where i am in the room...usually somewhere near a door...lol

Other than getting cold easily I don't really relate. lol I eat quite a bit, although not nearly as much as I used to. I've found my comfortable weight and I try to maintain it; much more and I just feel overall "uncomfortable" physically (even though I'm "slightly below average weight" and I don't really care about my self-image) and much less I feel really hungry all the time.

I am sort of antisocial, but not to the point that I'm uncomfortable in public. Of course, lately I've been reading a lot of creeper posts and it's putting me on edge. lol

I am like a snake in that I am generally quiet, don't demand a lot of attention, but when it comes to feeding time, I don't miss! ;)

i think i am just too sensitive to be out in public for too long. i can feel everyone's energy, feelings, or my energy being sucked from me via them. very draining.

I know what you mean except it's the opposite for me, but I've learned how to block that out. The energy of the people around me kind of leech into me and can be a bit overwhelming at times. Of course, I'm quick to react if anything's off. A few people have learned not to mess with me. lol I used to be very scared of going out in public, but routine exposure has helped me to at least deal with it even if I don't enjoy it.

I would say the only way I compare is about always being cold, not eating..and the social aspect also. I have social anxiety and had to switch to doing online school because of it.. Just the other night I started panicking in the middle of a store in the mall, lol. Also I can relate because I am very very quiet. I can go to someones house all day and be so uncomfortable that I will say literally only around ten words the entire time I'm there.. Ooh, I'm very solitary too. :D

they will be like "woah sarah, how long have you been here?!"

i respond with a you are an idiot face "the whole time..."

Guilty on all counts. Lock me up in a cave with a G4 connection and I'm happy.

Better still, right here would work perfectly...

I have always wanted to keep some H. Sapiens. Just need to find a decent care sheet first.
Do they need many branches? Whats a good prey size? Is it true that females are very demanding?

Who wants to come and live in Europe?

I know how to sex H. Sapien

Put them in a cage with beer one end and shoes the other, if they go for the beer they are male, shoes female, if they sit in the middle then their may be a glitch somewhere :p

I suppose I'm a reptile in the sense that the entirety of my skin comes off in a single piece every 4-6 weeks...

hotchkiss, holy moly, i hope that doesn't really happen to you!!

lankyrob, made me laugh

CVH, okay, some H. sapiens to like branches and require many. Some hate heights and require dirt to dig into. as for feeding, all are different, ranging from eating 1 whole chicken in one sitting (such as myself), to barely eating enough for a small rabbit.

now as for hearing females are demanding. yes, very. stay the f#c% away from females unless you have tons of time on your hands and want to be driven insane. all are different. you will never find "the secret" to keeping all females happy. each require months if not years to figure out. once you figure them out, they will change once again. they are jealous of any other females, so it is best to only keep one at a time. if they are not jealous, something is drastically wrong. but if you take the time to get to know your chosen female, she will most likely do all she can to make you happy as well.....if they are worth the time. if not, sell her and get another one at your local mall (i recommend staying away from this type of female though). the best kinds are often hiding at home.

temps...it's always going to be too hot or too cold
humidity...it's going to ruin her hair and all the time she put into it
hides...."why don't you ever take me out? don't you want to show me off?!" never hide your females.
feeding...always try to pay, or make up for it in some way if you can't.

keep in mind these are just general rules for most females. some are low maintenance, but these females are extremely hard to find and are probably already locked up in a cage somewhere (me included)

A respected European breeder told me once that you can't trust the beer/shoes sex method.
Don't know why.

But he said it was best to introduce a proven female.
Males will immediately calm down, start cleaning their enclosure, give presents to the.poven female. And after a hours become highly submissive and walk all day long behind the female.

While that you would introduce the proven female to another female...He told me to have my hook and gloves ready and never leave them alone . They have sharp claws and teeth and will seriously harm each other.

While for the care sheets I have finished already the one for the males: beer, food, a hide and some internet/Tv. They need a female too but not all the time or they might get insane and become 'unmanageable'.
But I need to come back to you later for the female care sheet, I have quit last night after writing page 45. Don't know how much more... I just hope that the upcoming part about breeding is not beyond my personal intellectual scope.

I do ok with cooler temps but prefer to have a spot to warm up

I don't mind other people but I do perfectly fine alone.

I'm not sure how to answer this one but I'm a freaken tree frog!

I eat until I'm full every single day.

cvh, hilarious. page 45....sounds about right. as for the breeding. once again, every female is a complex maze. get out your compass and hiking boots.

poison123, then you must be a tree frog :)
