He finally came in the mail 2 days ago! I got him out for a little bit today! I can't get over how pretty he is and how much of a difference there is between him and my Hondo! But he seems incredibly nice and is very curious with everything around him! Thanks again Dave, a beautiful snake that I got from you!

Was kind if funny though when my phone went off, needless to say he didn't care for the vibration...hehe ;)

Will post some pics soon as I end up getting on my computer!

As promised here are a couple pics! He wouldnt hold still and my phone wouldnt focus on the little guy! I tried to get some of the iridescence but aparently nothing is nice in michgan winter ;)

Very nice BRB KWhit. Congrats on the new addition. I live in Atlanta now but I'm originally from MI and I don't miss those winters at all! Best wishes.

Beautiful snake! Rainbow boas are awesome. And I sure can agree on the winters-temps are dropping fast this year, this winter will be cold I think. Roughly where in Michigan are you located?

So am I Dave, I think that was the last shipping day, gets into the 20's next week..looks like I got lucky!

Well voodoo is in shed now! First time shedding with me! I'll be making sure to keep track of his humidity like a hawk! Can't wait to see him when he comes out! :)

I think I may turn this into his thread and just post updates on him as he progresses!

He finally shed today after me waiting ever so patiently Voodoo finally shed! He was quite the active bugger this morning! He had a perfect shed and he even treated me a with a "gift" and some surprises too! First time I have ever seen him, he actually drank water in front of me, NEVER seen that before lol. But I have been doing some tweaks to his tub, trying to add more climbing and foliage for him to be on, and well! First time ever, he actually used his vertical hide today!

WOW ! Gosh darn she is so gorgeous. Her coloring is stunning,I think Diablo is getting ready to shed, hes starting to look dull.

I have NEVER seen any of my snakes drink yet.

Thank you, I think it depends on the snake personally. I don't think he likes it a lot, but usually I come home after work (3rd shift) and the plant is usually moved around, usually he is in his humid hide. But I've seen him sleeping in that a few times!
