So I found Dell had almost $800 off the Aurora ALX and my son needed a new computer. So I got him the higher end one with 32g of ram a gtx780 the latest 6 core intel and dual 512g ssd.
I can't believe just how awsome this thing is. We can play Metro last light with all settings on max including physx. I normaly build my own but this was well worth the extra. I figureI could have saved about $200 but the Alienware stuff is worth it to me. But not worth paying full pop.

Yes my underage son has a bottle of vodka in his room. We keep it all real at my house and he has had it for months ;)

Cool, I have a couple Alienware laptops myself :). Not sure what the point of 32gb of ram is but hey :p.

Definitely a good feeling to be able to play any game you want on any settings! My Steam library exploded after I got my first Alienware, ha.

I'm a big fan of the brand. Normal prices are over-priced but the thing is, they constantly have deals and will always go lower if you speak to a rep. Great customer service, too!

It was just what came with the package. I ordered the extra drive.

I spend thousands on my other 2 kids hockey. He doesn't ask for much so dropping a big bill on him is justified. He also needs it for school.

Alienware is pretty awesome stuff. Had a friend with one of their laptops a few years back... holy crap that thing was impressive. You're son sure looks happy with that purchase lol.

Nice... I'm more of a build-it-yourself guy, but those are some pretty impressive specs.. nice :D

We had one years back, called it the big blue monster and it was awesome for its time, wish we could have another and if we ever come into money wouldnt go anywhere else to get either a laptop or desktop version.

Can you be my dad please? :)

Very nice. As has been said it is better to build your own, but that is a very great deal you got there.

I do normally build my own but the deal was so good and they have a bit of bling factor. I can't wait to pick up BF4 Friday.

Awesome computer but the price is mainly for the logo, though you already know that :p

I may PM you one of these days for some guidance about this topic, if that is okay with you lol

I've recently been pulled into D3 on PS3 and it's reminding me of when I used to play D2X and how much more I enjoyed the series on a PC platform.
