red means you have unread posts in a thread.
grey meand you have no unread posts
a padlock means closed thread

The arrow means you have commented in that thread.

All of them said that I was the last person to comment on those specific threads. How would I have unread posts?

Thanks, guys! I'm just OCD about that kind of stuff! When there's new posts, I'll go threw all of them just so it says no unread posts... I'm weird.
