Hi, everyone. Me and my Male BCI have a daily routine. I pick him up, he bites me.
Today one if the marks is brown/dark and is red around the single bite mark. There's no redness around the other bite marks. Could this be a little snakey tooth?
It doesn't look red at all because of using Flash.

Could be. I've never had one stuck in me so I wouldn't know. Do you have a magnifier? Maybe you can find out that way, or putting pressure by squeezing around the mark usually gets things like splinters out.

If you press on the wound you will know if there is a tooth in it as it will hurt like hell :)

No pain at all. Will it still hurt even though my BCI is just a wee baby? Just thought the coloration and redness was weird.

It's like a darkish transparent type color. Color is way lighter in person... Looms really really brown in that picture.

I can't see anything, as I have to differentiate between a tiny object and the texture of the background. Can you place it on a mirror or white paper?

that picture worked mate

is the object you squeezed out your hand the same girth as any of the rest of your snakes teeth ?

the object is too small for me to see properly,but i'm thinking your hand was ok,you get bit,then that thing gets squeezed out the wound,so imo surely its a tooth or part of one ?

did you open the snakes mouth and check for any missing teeth ?

No, he's VERY EASILY stressed and I'm scared of hurting him so I haven't opened his mouth.
