as the title says, will they be OK housed together? :freakedout:obviously when breeding season comes i will separate them till she she is a good weight and a good size. but apart from that. what are peoples thoughts?

As a general rule you aren't supposed to house two snakes together, they're solitary animals. Usually garters are the exception, I believe.

It will cause the animals stress.

If you want another animal but don't really want to get another enclosure...$$...wait until you can afford to do it properly. (Please)

it all depends on which species your talking about mate

re Carpet pythons

i keep same sized females and same sized pairs together without issues,as do a lot of Carpet keepers i know

i never keep 2 male Carpets together though

yer i wouldn't keep males together. females yes. i have baby boas and, an irian jungle hybrid, but unsure, im getting a irjj fem hopefully this weekend
