I bought a bag of small yellow croakers(frozen when bought) takes 2-3 hours to defrost fully for my sav, he seems to like them and they only cost $2-3/lbs. What do you guys think of them? Anyone use them?

other than that, if they are whole, with heads and guts, no problem.

Hi looked at the ingredients and it's just Yellow Croaker nothing else. So they didn't salt it. But I looked at the nutritional break down. It says 125mg of sodium per 100g serving. Is that high?

~1/60th of a tea spoon of salt, its not very high, but its not that low either, its about the same amount as is found in a chicken egg
