Thanks infernalis.
The three young ones are all different animals.
Thanks for your comments.
Will post some more pics of some of my animals.
I keep some stunning pure locality specific jungles, the small lowland form that i refer to as TRUE jungles. They rarely ever exceed 4 - 41/2 feet Mine are Cowley beach locality.
Very hard to get good pics of them thou as is very hard to capture the true intense yellow in them.
cheers, Rob.

Do you consider other localities such as palmerstons to be "true" jungles?

Yes, the lowland form. But the further up the palmerston high way you go, (further from the coast), the bigger they get untill about half way up where they turn in to athertons.
Still classified as jungles in most peoples book, but not mine lol.
cheers,
Rob.

So you consider athertons to be the point of integration with coastal genes?

To the west yes.
To the south, around the murry falls, cardwell, herbert valley area.
The murry falls area is where it starts, and the herbert valley is where it finishes.

Need to take some good pics of the real good ones one day.

Awesome. I've never seen these kinds before. Is it illegal in australia to let your snakes go into the wild?(releasing a c.b.b jungle into jungle territory)
Great stuff mate! thanks for sharing. I would love to see some pictures of your pure jungles.

It's a nice place Rob... this is where I run to to get away from the crAPS peanut gallery.
I may actually have a pair of your Windora line stims... I got them from Brett (yommy) - he mentioned they were from your line originally :)

Trueblue, with those setups do you find that not having enough room to stretch out or areas to climb affects the snakes' health or overall fitness negatively? Or are their metabolisms built to not move around much?

The smaller tanks in the top left hand corner and where i house jungles. They have perches. The larger tanks house olives, bhps, and coastals.
The cardboard boxes in them get used as climbing tools so plenty of exersize is obtained.
The larger tanks are 6 feet, the jungle tanks are 4 feet, remeber the jungles i keep are what i call the 'true' jungle form and rarely exceed 4.4 feet in lenght. So plenty of room.
The smaller tanks in the background of pic 2 are used for anteresia.

First amazing snakes and second we love pure animals and an a little of everything else. When it comes to Carpets it's really nice to see pure blood it animals. Over here now days it can be hard to find them. Getting to see the real deal makes it easier to tell the crosses from the real thing. So post all the pictures you want.:D
Great collection Rob, I certainly won't get tired of you posting pictures of them. As Chuck said it is nice to see pure carpets and the different localities, but I am fond of a nice mutt as well.
