So I have reduced my collection a bit but also reduced my floorspace. I took a few pics just for fun with my cell.

No I have had these for a long time.
They are Powerhouse cages(the jag is in a Vision). I have a few other cages as well.

Ah I see I thought that was what you mean by reduced floorspaces, what sizes are those cages?

Thanks. Mick has a strange velvet effect to him. Kinda like flat wall paint. He also is very high black. Favorite snake I have.

I noticed you have an 80 watt rhp in the BP enclosure. Is that to help raise ambient temps or are you using that for the primary heat source?

How do you make a thermal gradient with such a large rhp? i've tried using an 80 watt RHP in a 3x2x2 for my gtp. Set it to 85F a few inches under and the rest of the cage was around 81F during the day. Had to switch it out for a 40 watt. Wouldn't it be harder for a BP?

It's a 4x2x16" my ambient room temp is 73º . My cool side is about 76-78 and directly under the rhp I get 90ish depending on on or off. I set my temp to 87 inside the warm hide. My royal spends a day or 2 in the hot hide after neals and most of the rest of his time in the cool hide. I am about to swap him and my jag. My jag is outgrowing his 3x2x16" and I don't thing my royal needs near as much room as he has. I am also building cages (starting my own business) and will have a much better set up by Christmas. Also thanks to another member I now can make my own panels and can customize the size to suit my cages..

Super jealous!! Love the set ups!! Gives me something to shoot for in the future! ;)
