Nice. Keep posting ;)
Thanks everyone, I'll keep posting for a bit a least lol. My camera is still actually the same old thing I got a couple years ago now, probably really cheap now if you can find one. Its a Canon Powershot SD1300IS, and I've loved it ever since I got it! I've spent double on different camera(fujifilm) and sold it shortly after buying this, it's just that good! Could probably find it amazon for less then $100 now too, I only spent $125. Anyway, thanks again, I'll see about getting some more of a few of my other snakes, but they all just ate...

Sweet pics and nice looking Blood. What's it temperament like?
BTW nice to see you back.:)
As far as I'm concerned, bloods are calmer then ball pythons... This girl sits on my lap or my shoulders, and literally sits there. If I feel like watching a movie, out she comes, because she'll sit through the whole thing and not leave me. She doesn't strike at her food, I leave it next to her and she eats it every time. She's never bit, struck, even flinched. Anyone who has a blood know that they see everything and with this, she never feels threatened it seems. My other two girls are the same way, but they are more active and willing to explore, not much for the movies :D
Very nice Blood. Whenever I see these snakes in person I'm always a bit timid. I've never - in person, seen one that wasn't very defensive. Maybe at a show or something. I really like these snakes, but the prey size would never fit in my freezer! Very cool snake, and thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the compliments. I have 2 brongs, both female, and neither of them are defensive in any way. But they do eat big meals lol, but I have a freezer just for snake food lol.

All i will say about Todd is he wants everyone to fear Blood. He said he would never recommend some one getting one. Why? They are amazing animals to work with. It like he would try talking people out of getting them. If you want a truly impressive snake to work with that will sometimes keep you on your toes Bloods are perfected. Has you no Caylan first hand blood can be very mellow fun snake to own. There not all aggressive, moody, and unpredictable biting machine that Todd try to make them out to be. You just have to be willing to put the time and work into them they deserve. Todd problem was he thought he knew it all and if some one suggested something new they didn't know what they were talking about. I been keeping snakes almost as long as Todd and i am always learn new things.
Besides Todd don't come on here because we're all idiots and aren't worth his time. His words not mine. That's one of the things i like about you Caylan you know your stuff, but your open minded and willing to learn. Todd was closes minded with a high and might attitude.

I tend to agree, I have three pairs of STP, all but one will "watch" a movie with me too, only shifting slightly for over an hour. Good way to establish trust with a reptile! My adult male Borneo tends to be very defensive and likes to huff and puff, even inflating his throat sometimes! He has yet to tag me, and as long as I do not move too quickly or grab his head, he is predictable. Much of his antics are for show. Like Chuck said, it's personalities like this that make these snakes so interesting and add an element of excitement. My two ball pythons are quite mellow too, but when given the opportunity, they like to investigate and will not remain on my lap for too long.

Wow she is amazing! I can't wait for my little guy to grow up. I wanted one because they are beautiful and something different. I hope he is as calm as your Lucy is.
