So let me just get this on the record before it gets out of control. I don't want a sliding door or a anything like that, thought I did but now I don't. Ok now here's my question, does anybody know where I can find/order a glass terrarium in a 48x24x24 with a locking lid? I know zilla makes one but I can't find those anywhere and none of my reptile stores has any, they just have a 40 gallon which I currently have. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't think they make glass terrariums in those exact dimensions. If you don't want sliding doors you can buy enclosures with hinged doors.

closest they make is 48 x 18 x 24 or 48 x 24 x 18 in regular glass aquariums. 75 and 90 gallons are your best bets.

Can I ask why no sliding doors?

I have an atazuki and love it. It does have sliding doors but the metal lid locks on and you could use that. They also cone in the dimension you want.

The only sliding door ones I've seen are in wooden setups. I want to keep a uth and don't want a light for the heat source. Ill definitly check out that option. Thank you

What species is this for? For the price of a large custom=sized glass aquarium, you can probably build something that would better suit the needs of you and the animal.

They sure aren't cheap. My 4'x2'x1.5' cost me $25 off kijiji.
