Garter snakes in Canada for sale?

2 years ago I posted the same crap. I'm hoping to get better luck this time around. Is there anyone in Canada, breeding or has any different species of garter snakes for sale? Whether it be California red-sided, Puget Sound, Coast, checkered to name a few? I spoke to Scott Felzer in the USA but it's 600$ to ship to Ontario / Quebec near Ottawa / Gatineau
