View Full Version : My snake was BLUE, so I cheered him up

My Monocled Cobra was blue, as you can see, so I bought him 2 buddies to cheer him up.

Here is the Monocled Cobra that is BLUE.

Not at what the Racers cost. I don't eat that good. The Cobra hammers down XXX Large rats. The Racers are to sit on top of his enclosure to cheer him up. LOL

ohh okay. I was confused there because I thought the only ophiophagus cobras were king cobras.

Do racers require large enclosures?

Do racers require large enclosures?

Yes and no. To tame them down you keep them in smaller enclosures for a while until they get use to you. So I'm told, I'll see how that works for me.

Sorry guys, I guess the title is misleading. I never even thought about anyone thinking I was going to feed the Racers to the Cobra.

Awesome! I have a black racer that lives on my lanai. It's fun to watch him :) Beautiful cobra too!

Obviously a Cobra is always cool, but I love Black Racers. Maybe my favorite black snake - even over the home favorite MBK . Gorgeous, and sleek - and the white throat/chin really sets it off for me. VERY cool snakes in my opinion. Glad you put them up!
